I measure success in enquiries, not awards. Here's what happens when a small business gets a website that actually works.

Case study 01

Grounded Counseling
Chattanooga, TN

A therapy practice that had never received a single enquiry from its website. Here’s the problem, what I did about it, and what changed.

0 → 45 New client enquiries in the first eight weeks after launch. View the live site →

The problem

Grounded Counseling had been running on the same website since 2005. It didn't work properly on phones, the navigation confused people, and the practice was essentially invisible on Google. For a therapy practice that matters more than most: people search for support at their most vulnerable moments, and if they can't find you or trust what they see, they move on to someone else. Despite years in practice, the website had never generated a single enquiry.

What I did

I rebuilt the site from the ground up with a calm, professional design that reflects the trust a therapy practice needs, built mobile-first because that's where most people were actually searching. I set up local SEO foundations and a proper Google Business presence so the practice could actually be found, and made sure every page had a clear, low-pressure way to get in touch.

We are delighted with the service. Before we relied on word of mouth and referrals but now we get multiple enquiries a week.
